3D optical metrology solutions provider Zygo has expanded its operations in India with the hiring of a dedicated sales and marketing team.
This move, the company says, will provide enhanced support to local customers and underscores its commitment to the 'rapidly growing' Indian manufacturing market.
Zygo has been delivering precision optics and metrology solutions since 1970, with its product categories spanning a broad range that includes advanced optical profilers, laser interferometers, and metrology software. In that time, it has served a diverse array of industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, medical devices, and consumer electronics.

As the company looks to step up its play in the Indian manufacturing market, it has established a sales and marketing team that will be in place to help Zygo develop a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs of the Indian market. The company will then be able to provide tailored solutions to those manufacturers, helping to enhance their operational efficiency and product quality.
