Microscopy, metrology, and digital 3D visualisation solutions provider, Vision Engineering Group has announced Sam Crossley as the Group’s new Managing Director. Crossley replaces Mark Curtis, who will continue to serve the Board of Vision Engineering Group as Chief Executive Officer, primarily focusing on identifying areas of growth and strategic development.

- Previously part of Rotork's senior leadership team, Crossley's primary aim will be to help Vision Engineering achieve sustained growth across its global markets.
- While Curtis will continue as the Group's Chief Executive Officer, with a focus on strategic development and identifying growth opportunities.
Crossley, who has experience in steering company growth in the African, Asian Pacific, European, Middle Eastern, North American, and Russian markets, will have the primary aim of achieving sustained growth across global markets. Vision Engineering will also benefit from Crossley’s financial and leadership experience, having previously served on the senior leadership team at industrial flow control equipment specialist Rotork.

Throughout his career, Crossley has gained experience and expertise within the automation, mining, oil & gas, and petrochemical industries. He also holds specialised knowledge in engineering technical products, including fluid control sectors, mechanical seals, pumps, and valves.
