QVI has announced its new President and CEO, Keith E. Polidor. He becomes the third President in the company’s history, replacing Edward "Tarry" Polidor who held the position for the last 46 years.

Throughout Polidor’s 23 years of experience with the precision metrology systems manufacturer, he has held various strategic and operational functions in the information systems, manufacturing, marketing, and quality sectors. More recently, he was made Chief Operating Officer in 2016, which is the role he is vacating as he becomes the new President and CEO.
His predecessor, Edward “Tarry” Polidor, was the company's second President and has held the position for the last 46 years. During his tenure, the concept of video metrology was both invented and introduced to the world, and he has overseen QVI’s positioning within the industry. As he moves on from the position he has held since 1977, he will become the company’s President Emeritus.
“Over the company’s 78-year history, technology introduced and offered by QVI has transformed the industry,” said Edward Polidor. “Under Keith’s leadership, the tradition of innovation in dimensional metrology will continue.”
