Optimax at MACH 2024
At MACH 2024, Optimax Imaging and Inspection displayed a selection of in-production metrology solutions at its stand. Each of the solutions that Optimax brought to MACH is easy to integrate into manufacturing processes and provides automated measurements.
The products that were showcased at MACH cover a variety of different functions, including:
- 3D scanners.
- Vision inspection instruments.
- Vision CNC 3-axis measurement systems.
- Benchtop optical comparators.
- Coordinate measurement machines.
- Autonomous AI-based automated machine vision.
Technologies from providers like Starrett, Bruker Alicona, Vision Engineering, Evixscan, and MAHR, were present in Birmingham.
Solutions that could be found at the Optimax stand at MACH include:
- eviXmatic automated five-axis 3D scanning system: Enables measuring and quality inspection with minimal involvement from the user.
- Bruker Alicona InfiniteFocus G6 3D: An optical metrology system.
- Bruker Alicona cobot measuring system.
- Inspekto S70 industrial visual inspection product: This prides itself on providing enhanced simplicity and immediacy as it can be operationally deployed in less than a day.
Optimax has recently launched a new website, which acts as its home for metrology technologies.
About MACH 2024
MACH 2024 hosted 600 exhibitors and witnessed 26,000 (approximately) visitors across its five-day run at the NEC in Birmingham. The event was organised by the Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA), and holds the title of “the only live, national event in the UK that showcases sustainable, innovative technologies used across the manufacturing spectrum.”
