Scientific instrumentation provider KPM Analytics has released a cloud-based management software platform for its SpectraStar XT series Near-Infrared (NIR) analysers. The new software aims to facilitate remote management capabilities, aiming to provide an overview of all SpectraStar XT NIR analysers on the network while enhancing convenience and efficiency.
Key information:
- KPM Analytics has launched its new cloud-based management software KPMLink.
- The new system will be compatible with KPM Analytics’ SpectraStar XT series Near-Infrared (NIR) analysers.
- KPMLink will provide remote management capabilities, and it aims to enhance control, viability and efficiency when it comes to the collection and storing of health and measurement data.
KPM Analytics claim that its new software promotes a streamlined configuration of product settings, while also providing efficient management of calibrations and synchronisation of these factors across instruments globally. Additionally, KPMLink aims to allow users to access the complete diagnostic history for each instrument, providing detailed health information. This health data and measurement data are stored in both the local instrument and the cloud, ensuring data integrity. KPMLink allegedly will provide real-time instrument health information and synchronise settings and calibrations across various sites to enhance control and visibility.
"At KPM Analytics, our dedication to delivering solutions that amplify productivity, minimise downtime, and uphold the highest data integrity remains steadfast," said Yuegang Zhao, Chief Commercial Officer of KPM Analytics. "The launch of KPMLink for our NIR analysers is an important step in our ongoing commitment to provide high-quality testing and inspection solutions to our global customers in the agriculture and food industries."
The SpectraStar XT series NIR analysers aim to deliver a cost-effective, fast, and reliable compositional analysis of various samples. Typically, these samples will come from the agriculture, ingredients, feed, food, and forage industries. KPM Analytics’ analysers can be used both in a laboratory, as well as in at-line process control.
