Flexxbotics' robotic machines now compatible with Cognex's vision solutions.
Flexxbotics has expanded its robotic machine compatibility range to include Cognex’s vision solutions for in-line inspection connectivity. This product range includes vision sensors, vision systems, and 3D vision systems. Now, users of these Cognex products can achieve precision quality assurance with Six Sigma consistency with boosted cycle times.
The FlexxCORE technology allows robots to connect and communicate with Cognex’s vision systems. Based on automated inspection results, robots will receive closed-loop feedback which allows for real-time adjustments to CNC machine programs. Additionally, robots can also operate without being attended to, which should boost throughput and profit per part.
Cognex products now compatible with Flexxbotics:
- Full In-Sight vision systems and vision sensors range.
- 3D vision systems: L38 and L68 series, 3D-L4000 with Vision Pro, 3D-A1000, and 3D-A5000.
