Thanks to its 1900mm maximum reach, the EC64-19 cobot arm ensures that no part is too big to be inspected flawlessly.
Elite Robots will debut a variety of new end-to-end solutions for tasks including quality control and surface treatment at Automatica. The automation solutions provider will showcase its new CS620, CS625, and EC64-19 cobots, as well as its fully automated 3D measurement and evaluation solution, Mantis Mini, and it's integrated offline CAM programming solution which was developed by GO2cam.
Key information:
- Elite Robot's new CS series products, the CS620 and CS625, benefit from greater accuracy, robustness, and strength with wide-reaching radius'.
- While the EC64-19 features a leading reach of up to 1900mm, and is also compatible with Shining3D's FreeScan device.
- The cobot manufacturer's final new addition is the Mantis Mini which is powered by 11-Dynamic's NEXOS AIR Software and provides fully automated 3D measurements and evaluations.
Amongst the new products that Elite Robots will be showcasing at Automatica are the two new members of the CS series, the CS620 and CS625. Both robotic arms feature an IP68 degree of protection and ISO class 5 clean rooms, making both cobots suitable for harsh environments and environments that require a high level of hygiene.
The CS620 has a 20kg payload, 1800mm radius, 5A output source, and a max TCP speed of up to 3.9 m/s, making this cobot perfect for high payload applications like palletising and welding. Meanwhile, the CS625 is powered by the same 5A output but has a maximum payload of 25kg and a smaller radius of 1500mm. While the maximum reach has been sacrificed, the CS625 has greater accuracy, robustness, and strength.
The automation solutions provider will also exhibit its EC64-19 robot, which is compatible with Shining3D’s FreeScan device. Elite Robot’s latest addition to its EC series features a leading reach of up to 1900mm and provides vision inspection and photography of products within a spherical space of 1.9m. And the robot doesn’t rely on external axes. Using Shining3D’s FreeScan device, the user can capture intricate details. And with its fast FPS and high level of accuracy, the device can easily generate detailed point clouds even for large components.
The new Mantis Mini will also feature at Automatica. Powered by 11-Dynamic’s NEXOS AIR Software, the automation solution provides fully automated 3D measurements and evaluations, which can be integrated with Elite Robot’s CS566 cobot and Scantech 3D’s SimScan. Offering accuracy up to 0.015mm, this synergy is expected to birth the next generation of measuring arms with increased levels of efficiency, precision, and scalability.
The final product Elite Robots is showcasing is its new integrated offline CAM programming solution. Developed by GO2cam, using Elite Robot’s CS66 for surface treatment, the solution is expected to bring improved flexibility. Additionally, deburring, grinding, and polishing applications are set to increase in quality.
