Crete Mechanical Group acquires a majority stake in electrical and automation service provider Hillard Electric. The multi-service solutions provider is hoping to expand its reach in the Michigan market through this new expansion.

Founded in 2005, Hillard Electric has made a name for itself in the high-tech commercial, institutional, and industrial electrical service and installation sectors. Through this new partnership over 50 highly specialised employees will join the Crete business.
“By joining the Crete Partner network, we not only expand our geographical reach but are able to offer our customers additional services while ensuring the same quality workmanship and service we are known for,” said Neil Hillard, President of Hillard Electric.
This deal with Hillard Electric represents the most recent geographical expansion within the Crete Partner network. The multi-service solutions provider is aiming to continue its aggressive growth approach as it continues to seek expansion in the commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, energy efficiency, controls, and automation sectors.
