Creaform has announced that it plans to make a substantial investment in its worldwide customer service centres. The automation and portable 3D measurement solutions provider hopes to elevate its customer experience, with several centres already established and many more in the pipeline.
Key information:
- Creaform has announced its plans to make a “substantial” investment in its customer service centres.
- The automation and portable 3D measurement solutions provider is planning to open eight new centres in Malaysia, Israel, Australia, India, Singapore, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam.
- Every service centre aims to optimise customer’s experience and journey, through the variety of services each centre offers.
Creaform designed its service centres to optimise its customer's experience and journey, with each centre offering a “comprehensive” selection of services (including software and hardware support, calibration, diagnostics, logistics, and supplies provisioning).
