Camtek has declared that the company has received approximately 45 system orders since the beginning of August 2023. This takes the inspection and metrology equipment manufacturer’s total to approximately 100 systems ordered, since the beginning of July 2023.

Breaking down the orders that Camtek have received, 30% of them received in August are for HBM and Chiplet applications. While the rest of the orders are for multiple applications from over 10 different customers. The latest wave of orders has left Camtek’s management team thinking that 2024 will be a record year for the company.

The systems are expected to be delivered during the fourth quarter of 2023 and in 2024.
