Averna announces the acquisition of ELCOM, a.s. and subsidiaries (RH-Tech s.r.o. and ELTIA s.r.o.). The global test and quality solutions provider hopes to leverage the resources of ELCOM’s talented teams. ELCOM is an established player in the power engineering, industrial automation, test and measurement sectors.

The acquisition aligns with Averna’s long-term goal of continuing to establish itself as a global supplier of automated testing solutions. According to the company, ELCOM’s qualified management team and engineering bench will help them achieve this.

Dr Kaminsky has become a shareholder within Averna, like other ELCOM management team members.
“As the majority shareholder of ELCOM since 2018, we have provided support to ELCOM's leadership team in transitioning from a founder-managed business to an agile corporation, as well as in executing its growth plans, including successful acquisitions,” concluded Ondrej Benacek, Managing Partner at CEIP.
