Revopoint's POP 3 Plus 3D scanner.
Revopoint has unveiled its latest 3D scanner, the POP 3 Plus. The new solution offers 20% better accuracy than its predecessor, the POP 3, with an upgraded high-precision calibration board and enhanced algorithms. Now, the POP 3 Plus, can capture an object with a single-frame accuracy of up to 0.08 mm and a single-frame precision of 0.04 mm with scanning speeds of up to 18 fps.
Revopoint’s latest edition will also utilise improved optical zoom capabilities (of 1.5x and 2x) for its structured light projector. This will allow more details from surfaces to be captured with enhanced fidelity. The solution can also provide the user with a stabilised scanning experience to further improve accuracy by combining it with a 9-axis IMU for positional tracking.
