ProGlove unveils new Warehouse 360 solution.
ProGlove has unveiled its advanced analytics tool, Warehouse 360. The solution aims to provide users with real-time insights and enhanced visibility into shopfloor operations, allowing for smarter decision-making.
The solution utilises artificial intelligence (AI) technology to transform fragmented and complex data into actionable insights. By consolidating and analysing data from hard-to-reach sources (e.g., warehouse layout, workload distribution, and movement patterns captured by ProGlove’s wearable scanning devices), the solution allows the user to optimise workflows, boost productivity, and improve space utilisation in real time.
The wearable scanning solutions specialist’s new technology works by tracking advanced performance indicators like workflow execution, distribution, and task-level efficiency, providing results in real time. This allows users access to information like operational bottlenecks and congestion points so that improvements can be made to streamline processes and reduce downtime.
Key features of Warehouse 360:
- Real-time visibility: Issues like workflow bottlenecks, storage errors, and resource imbalances can be detected, ensuring seamless operations while limiting disruptions. Early adopters are reporting at least 5% productivity gains after leveraging these insights.
- Optimise shopfloor layout: Maximising shopfloor space can both save money and help meet customer demands. Using this solution to analyse congestion zones, frequently picked items and walking patterns, will help managers make the most of the available space.
- Improved safety and ergonomics: Resolving areas of excessive strain like improperly shelved items (located either too high or too low), uneven workloads, and congestion will help improve staff safety, and worker well-being, reduce fatigue, and minimise the likelihood of injury occurring.
- Enhanced integration: The new solution is compatible with ProGlove’s wearable scanning devices and analytics platform, ensuring no extensive IT overhauls or changes to pre-existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are required.
“With Warehouse 360, we’re equipping warehouse staff with the tools to work smarter and safer while providing leaders with the visibility they need to effectively support their teams,” said Stefan Lampa, CEO of ProGlove. “By addressing inefficiencies and optimising workflows, we’re fostering environments where staff can perform at their best - enhancing both productivity and workplace satisfaction.”
The Warehouse 360 solution will be on display at NRF New York (12-14 January). ProGlove will be located at Booth #3347.
