Acuren
Acuren makes purchase from Laser Photonics Corporation.
Laser Photonic Corporation (LPC) has completed a sale with the US division of Acuren. The industrial laser systems provider will be delivering its CleanTech Industrial Roughening Laser 350 (CTIR-3050) to Acuren.
LPC is now working on securing a partnership agreement with the asset protection services provider (through non-destructive testing (NDT) and consulting). If the duo reach an agreement, LPC will join Acuren as a preferred partner in an ongoing purchasing program. Additionally, the collaboration will provide Acuren with a smooth path for research & development and product customisation processes, hopefully leading to improved growth for both companies.
“We are thrilled about working with Acuren – this order represents a major achievement for Laser Photonics as we venture into the non-destructive testing market,” said Wayne Tupuola, CEO of LPC. “Our laser surface treatment technology is a sustainable and efficient solution for corrosion removal and the protection of critical infrastructures.”
Through this sale, LPC is hoping to expand its presence in the North American market, to gain new business opportunities.
