KEYPROD has announced new efficiency-enhancing features to its award-winning production monitoring solution.
KEYPROD, a subsidiary of JPB Système, has launched improved efficiency features for its production monitoring solution. The new additions aim to reduce machine downtime for manufacturers of all sizes. KEYPROD’s solution combines artificial intelligence (AI), IoT devices, and the KEYPROD platform to provide the user with advanced levels of digitalisation within production environments.
The solution can connect, track, and measure the effectiveness of all elements present in the manufacturing process. By achieving this in real-time, the user can analyse various quality and performance indicators like overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), which can be improved by up to 15%.
New features of the KEYPROD platform:
- Global Loss Analysis Dashboard: This provides a breakdown of inefficiencies and production losses and where they occurred (e.g., machine failures and micro-stoppages). The user can then take corrective action to boost productivity and limit losses.
- Alert system: With real-time notifications, the operator will be able to respond instantly to any issues during production.
- Advanced planning feature: The user will be able to analyse both historical and current data to create a more accurate and adaptive production schedule. This should lead to a reduction in production lead times, more optimised workflows, and better on-time delivery.
The solution will also be compatible with KEYNETIC and KEYVIBE devices, which will take less than 10 minutes to install with no production downtime required.

The user-friendly cloud-based KEYPROD connects, tracks, and measures the effectiveness of all elements of the manufacturing process.
“By integrating customer feedback as a core part of our approach, every update or development that we apply to KEYPROD helps to address real challenges identified by users,” said Aurélien de Demandolx, Chief Operating Officer at KEYPROD. “The important new features announced today strengthen KEYPROD’s capability to support manufacturers’ objectives for more efficient and profitable production, which itself is the primary aspect of its overall proposition.”
In the future, KEYPROD is looking to introduce a new advanced maintenance system. The new addition aims to “further revolutionise” preventive maintenance by utilising predictive analytics to anticipate the machine’s needs. An upgraded information feedback system is also in the works.
