Helmut Fischer acquires measurement specialist, Phototherm

Helmut Fischer GmbH has announced its acquisition of Phototherm. Formally known as Phototherm Dr Petry GmbH, the measurement technology specialist is set to benefit from Helmut Fischer’s global sales network and broad application knowledge.

Meanwhile, Helmut Fischer can now expand its product portfolio to include photothermal coating thickness measurement technology.

Berndt Kautter, previously CEO and now Head of Operations at Phototherm, added: “Now we can clearly focus on the future again with a strong, international partner.”
