VisionLab-X-300 3D Fastener Gauging System
General Inspection has announced that a “prominent” steel manufacturer with a “large bolt-producing division” has installed one of its VisionLab-X-300 3D Fastener Gauging Systems. Located in the Midwest, the manufacturer hopes that the solution will help streamline production whilst also ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and reliability.
The VisionLab-X-300 utilises 3D gauging technology to provide comprehensive part-dimensional layouts in less than seven seconds. Additionally, the system can perform 360°-dimensional inspection with detailed data reporting as well as head stamp and measuring recess verifications with its bottom vision system.
