FARO launches its new Quantum X FaroArm product line.
FARO Technologies, Inc (FARO) has unveiled its new range of portable coordinate measurement machines (CMMs), the Quantum X FaroArm Series. The latest product family aims to improve accuracy by up to 15% while enhancing manufacturing efficiency through its probing and scanning capabilities.

Within the new range, users can choose from versions with five different lengths, ranging from 2 to 4 meters. Designed to meet a variety of manufacturing needs, each solution offers varying degrees of usability for improved flexibility. When paired with the FARO 8-axis Max, measurement time can be reduced by up to 40%.
Additionally, when using FARO's Laser Line Probes (LLPs), users can easily convert the contact probe arm into a non-contact scanning arm. Users can also switch between LLPs without recalibration.
