EasyCMM aims to revolutionise the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) industry as it takes to IMTS this September. The team will perform live demonstrations of its Chameleon solution, a retrofit CMM motion controller. The metrology specialist's Mediator CMM software and Mapper software for CMM calibrators will also be on exhibition.

According to EasyCMM, its Chameleon solution is “the most advanced CMM motion controller on the global market.” The solution is also compatible with CMM software programs including PC-DMIS, Mcosmos, Calypso, TouchDMIS, Verisurf, Polyworks, Camio, Quartis, and CMM Manager.
The Mediator CMM software claims to operate any CMM software while allowing for the existing CMM controller to be used, eliminating any need for hardware retrofits. Tactile and scanning probes, as well as certain line-laser probes, are compatible with this software.
Finally, Easy CMM’s Mapper software enables access to, and the modification of, leading CMM error maps. The solution is compatible with a vast array of top controllers including Hexagon, Mitutoyo, Renishaw, and Zeiss.
