API has unveiled two new 3D scanners, the iScanMagic Composite 3D Scanner, and the iScanLite 3D Blue Laser Line Scanner. The metrology solutions provider has labelled both solutions “state-of-the-art scanners” that can be utilised in a variety of different sectors.

iScanMagic Composite 3D Scanner

By combining infrared and blue laser technologies, the iScanMagic scanner can provide users with highly detailed 3D models. The solution also features a built-in photogrammetry system, intelligent edge detection, and contact probing capabilities.

  • Scanning speeds between 1,350,000 to 1,650,000 measurements per second.
  • Ability to scan areas up to 1440 mm x 860 mm.

iScanLite Blue Laser Line Scanner

Designed with portability and flexibility in mind, the iScanLite scanner is compact and allows for single-handed control and measurements in compact spaces.
