AIMS Metrology will be showcasing a selection of its turnkey 5-axis coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) at IMTS 2024. The measurement specialists have commented that the company looking forward to “networking” at the event as it believes in “innovation and problem-solving.”

Technologies AIMS Metrology is bringing to IMTS this year:

  • Revolution HB Shop Floor CMM which can minimise inspection times from days to hours. Specifically, attendees will be able to see the HB 8.10.6 with PH20 5-axis probe live in action in Chicago as well as the HB 5.9.4 multi-sensor system with PH10M - SP25 scanning and optical probing.
  • Revolution LM CMM which can deliver 5-axis measurements both smoother and faster compared to conventional belt and pulley systems.
  • A fully retrofitted 5-axis touch trigger PH20 is retrofitted on a CMM.
  • Itaca C-35 FlexGauge which provides high levels of accuracy, quickly on the shop floor.
