Cognex has unveiled its new In-Sight L38 3D Vision System. The new technology combines 2D, 3D, and AI technologies to solve a variety of inspection and measurement applications.
The industrial machine vision solutions provider’s latest launch works by creating projection images that take 3D information and transfer it into a 2D image which is easier to label. Additional AI technology works to detect variable or undefined features, with algorithms ensuring that 3D measurements provide reliable inspection results.
